Culinary Lavender

A blend of lavender buds:  Croxton's Wild and Buena Vista  (sweeter English varieties) and Provence (traditional variety used in French cooking).  Our lavender raised with organic practices.  You can use the whole buds or chop them lightly, finely or grind them. Buds are a nice floral (and beautiful) addition to baked goods and other recipes.
